After Sunjwan camp attack in Jammu, terrorists now target Army in Shopian
No casualties were reported in the incident, which comes a day after the Jaish-e-Mohammed attacked the Sunjwan Army camp in Jammu.
Terrorists fired five to seven rounds at an Army camp in Chilli Pora in Kashmir's Shopian on Sunday, but no casualties were reported, according to reports.
On Saturday, at least five Indian Army soldiers were martyred after the Jaish-e-Mohammed attacked the Sunjwan Army camp in Jammu. A civilian was killed too.
Jaish terrorists engaged in an intense gunfight with Army personnel for over 30 hours. Four were neutralised.
Later, there was a ruckus in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, with BJP MLAs raising anti-Pakistan slogans, and National Conference leader Akbar Lone responding with pro-Pakistan chants.
While discussing Lone's remarks, National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah on Sunday said no force could take Kashmir away from India.
